No mclaren f1 at level 30

I am level 30 I bought the mclaren f1 pack for 5$ and I never received the car plz help

@FaZeAidenR  Did you go to Port Murphy to pick up the car? The F1 does not go straight to your garage.

Hey make sure that you are in solo. I had this same problem on PS4. I had to go and install it in PlayStation store after I purchased in game. And I also restarted the console after. Finally it worked for me.
