No input supported (black screen)

I had this game for a while now. the laptop i had before didn't have good enough specs to run PWZ GW2 and i've got a new laptop but then when i installed the game it showed a black screen and it said No input supported or crashed the game so i repared the game and the game wasn't crashing anymore but there was just a black screen all the time. please help i tried evrything.

Still happening for me , updated drivers, reinstalled everything, set up is NVidia g force 1660ti , amd ryzen1700 x 8 core processor, 15.93 gb ram, 1920x1080 60 Hz, done everthing now still getting no input available, BF4 works fine, i'm stumped, opens on my task bar but click on it to go full screen i get no input available.
