No import option

I know Plant vs zombies GW2 has an option to import characters unlocked in GW1 in the mailbox, problem is i don't even get that option at all. I have no sign of the possibility to even import.

@MaeLinda0409 Sorry, but the tool to do this has been sunset, and you can't do the import any more.

It should still be available cause when I checked my mail it had the option but my impatient behind wanted to see if the upgrades I purchased where available

Played GW1 on the same console with many characters, and am unable to see any option in the mail box to import my character's across to GW2. Are we no longer able to do this?

Same problem here, I play pvz1 And had alot of things, but i opened the mailbox once, then closed out, then opened again, it wasn't there.

Im uninstalling pvz2 for this reason, i only got it off gold anyway.

I can't import my PVZ GW1's characters and cosmetics to PVZ GW2... i don't receive any mail in game. Please help me !
