No heirloom after 700 + packs

So we contacted ea about not getting an heirloom after 700 plus packs.  They told us to keep playing and have patience. Seriously tell that to a 9 year old who thought there was a 500 pack guarantee. They offered no resolution except to keep playing.  I told them we may just cancel all our ea games and play something that actually does what it says.
