No giant Space Taco

Reading the intro to the new Community Challenge it describes a giant Space Taco landing on the Town hall at (supposedly) the start of the challenge. That has not happened in my game (using an XBox One).

Am I missing a download?

On the other hand when entering the Town hall portal I can fully take part in the challenge and pick up the various “flavours” of ice cream cones.

Any pointers to what has happened would be great.
