No email was received when trying to change email address

Been registered using hotmail account and whenever they asked for security code the email never shows up. I know hotmail is terrible at email security verification so that's why I'm changing. But when I entered Answer EA for the first time, I got email from Answer HQ right immediately.

Can't log in
