No credits received after leveling up

After a patch I have leveled up and got rewarded over 3000 credits for it. I then quit the match to find that I have never received them. I had played about 10 matches and got credits for each one of the games I played apart from the one I leveled up.

Just ranked up to lvl 39 and saw my credit bonus was in the 3000 range. I exit the game and never received them.

Same problem.  I had exactly 3000 credits from leveling 42 to 43 after finishing an HvV match.  It did not add my leveling credits.  It seemed to add my match credits.  Unbelievable - this is the second time I've noticed this issue.  I thought this would be solved by now...

Same here.  Happened to me just now and its the second time its happened to me both pre and post 1.2
