No contact options available for EA support

I want to change my security question but when i get to the point where i should be able so select a contact option all i see is:

Hey @RealFusee,

Try it in any other browser. Some people have reported issues with Chrome.

Please note that selecting Manage My Account and then Account Security may not always give the option to contact Live Chat support.

Try selecting a different country or changing Topic and Issue and see if the options appear.

i am using firefox and changing the country did not help either. 

i once managed to get at least one option. that was to ask here for help so this is what i am doing.

I facing the same problem... I got banned from a game I never played... So I' ve opened a ticket and this is not saving the problem description. And I cannot change contact method. So how can I get my problem solved?

Hey @jesuskleiton please don't bump 7 year old threads.

If there is a ban on your account then you need to open a case with our TOS team.
