I pre-ordered on the XBox One digital via Best Buy on Sept 22nd. The code for my pre-order content was canceled and upon going to their help forums they claimed the codes were canceled because the pre-order content was in the codes for the game being sent. None of the content was contained in the game code they sent me. I also checked in the store and under the Ready to Install and nothing.
