Hi,
I am having a difficulty signing in to BF5. It says on the main screen that there is no valid EA account. However, when I try to login/go online, it says that my account was locked. Please help. Thanks!

It looks like your EA account has been locked to protect your account information. I recommend contacting our live-support again at your earliest convenience for a solution to this as nobody here will be able to make changes to your EA account details.
Here is how to get in touch with our live-support team
If you are able to log into the game under a different PlayStation account that is one way you can rule out whether it's a technical issue or account related.
Good luck and sorry to hear you're still experiencing this account issue. Perhaps there was some confusion from our Support team last time you spoke with them and by contacting them once more it can get addressed.

I am also having problems logging into BF5 but it only says no valid ea account. When I try to connect to online this is the message I get: “This account can’t get online. There are a few reasons why this might be. See https://ea.com/unable-to-connect for possible reasons and some troubleshooting you can try” I’ve checked there and it’s no help because it won’t even let me attempt to sign in.

Hey @Boolzei and @Jadekiller89 ,
Have you guys found the solution to "our" problem? I found a work around though. And that is to create another account, set age to 18+ or 21+, and configure your PS4 parental control to allow everything. The only problem is, we can no longer use our main accounts. And one more thing, just don't forget to activate as primary your account with the ps plus for you to play multiplayer.
