EA Help tried to help me with this issue but wanted me to escalate it onto these forums.
I've had this issue since the start of Season 9 where I cannot connect to the Singapore 1 Data Center.
The Issue in detail:
Attempting Connection ( x of 9 )
Retrieving Matchmaking List...
No Servers Found
After about 30 seconds:
Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
I've tried numerous fixed posted around the forums.
These fixes include:
Changing DNS (Currently using Google DNS)
Flushing the DNS
Switching To Wifi/Wired (Use Wired, tested Wifi)
Port Forwarding every Apex Legends Port
Resetting Router/PC (I turn them off every night).
However, I cannot connect to the Singapore 1 Data Center but I CAN connect to the Singapore 1 game servers if I party with another player (who's hosting) on the Singapore 1 Data Center.
I get good ping (~49ms 0%PL) to the Data Center but without fail the issue persists.
This is the only Data Center that I generally use as its the most popular (especially off-peak time) and trying to play on Sydney data centers is mute at off-peak when the numbers are too low to find a game.
Someone please help me out here!
