No Promo Packs during Spring PTG

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open pack store on a PC account
What happens when the bug occurs? No choice of using FIFA points to open packs. There might be no Promo packs.
What should be happening instead? FIFA points should be a option to open packs. Also Promo packs should be present in the pack store.

I wanted to open some packs during PTG but I m unable to do so as these are requiring FIFA coins only no FIFA point selection is available on these packs. Also Today I thought the bug may have been fixeds but I found no Promo packs which is very bizarre because they are supposed to be available till 03/16/2018
