No HSith rewards

Our guild completed a HSith raid on 11/11 and no one in the guild got any rewards. The game didn’t do the typical “top contributor” message. My ally code is 745-941-365 the guild is KøR Resilience. A technical specialist told us yesterday that it would be fixed in 24 hours and we haven’t heard anything. To make matters worse some members are receiving mixed messages back on their tickets. One member has been told he’s exceeded raid rewards. Another has been told that he has gotten rewards that he hasn’t. Please help!
