No Apex Pack?

Hit level 4 on battle pass, got the notification for the Apex pack, but never got the pack... Anyone else have this kinda thing?

Last season, I had to keep exiting the game, or complete another match to have the rewards populate, but I've played plenty more matches and gone up to level 5... Any ideas?
