Can’t use online at all only on nfs heat

For everybody that was having trouble with nfs heat about the ea account

You will have to put your ps4 in safe mode and then hit reset ps4 and then it will rest itself then go to nfs heat and then it will allow you to go online thats what i had to do and i am playing the game right now

Can you try accessing the Playstation Store, accept any user agreement that may come up, then retry playing NFS: Heat
