I also lost all off my progress and the save file was overwritten, even though i can view my in-game screen shots from before it reset. How do I get this back?

I have just started Need For Speed Heat and I have had to restart the entire game twice, I had been playing all day, logged off my pc after saving my data then I came back the next day... And all of the data is gone and It puts me through the game again. I have done this twice now this is the third time and idk what to do, Someone please help me!

I lost 36hrs 59 minutes of gameplay i had all the campaign done and had every car i also had like the best stuff in the game please give my progress back i dont want to play the whole story over again
