Nfs heat all progress lost

@hildoq hey yeah unfortunately its been a massive issue since i think 2019, and there still isnt a real fix from ea so i guess we either wait or do it the hard way as @jayriouio99 said in his most recent comment.

Ive just redownload NFS heat after a year or so of not playing nfs and doing upgrades to my pc i've had to reload windows a few times and lost my save game files along the way so now i have no back up of my old game and it appears my cloud save has just been wiped and restarted.
but my achievements are going off my old Game save from 2019/2020, Surely someone from the team is able to tell us why this is happening. Maybe different server setup than steam? Steam never has an issue like this, their cloud saves are the best thing ever.. just make sure it's enabled.. Hopefully NFS have actually listened to the public and we get a really good NFS in November

Yep, just happened to me. I deleted the game. EA has enough dominance for me to have to play their games, but I am not going to restart this game because they are too incompetent to fix this critical game failure.
