Power outage and lost all progress, Rep and Money! [ Edited ]

When loading up in to online, it says that the local inventory didn't match up with the servers, and I needed to sync to my "local" in order to play online.

So I sync'd and L Loand behold after restarting the PS4 (5 minutes after outage) everything was lost!

Why doesn't this server or game update automatically?

I have all my rep, and my level, story mode, etc. I just lost all 21mil of my cash and all my cars. I'm on ps4, and this just happened not too long after my game started lagging really bad in the menus

@AceMust4ng If you had an "Item Synchronization Failed" error, then tbis is the main thread:
