New weapons doesnt unlock

I’m having problem with my BF5 on ps4. I al constantly leveling up but the new weapons doesnt unlock! Very annoying.

and sometimes i play a match for 45 min and collect a lot of points, and when the round is over it days ”couldnt fetch report” or something.

FIX THIS!
