I play apex 10+ hours a day. I’m a top 40 lifeline streaming on mixer. While streaming live my game totally cut out. I have a wired connection, open nat, and a 21 ping. The curser on the main screen won’t pop up now. The data center appears at the main screen, but when I hit continue the game just freezes.

 

i have restarted my router, re downloaded the game, and done just about everything I can think of. Please help me I am losing revenue and my community. This is the only game I stream. Other games are working on my Xbox.

Let's start troubleshooting, so you can start streaming again.

These steps don't take a lot of time (only reinstalling does).

 

Power Cycle the Console

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

  1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

If these steps don't fix the issue, try reinstalling Apex Legends.

Make sure all file's are on the same drive as this can cause issues.

Let me know if this fixed the issue.
