New credit card

Hi, I have a problem. My old credit card has expired. And on the site the card disappeared as a form of payment. How to snap a new card? I can’t pay for the subscription, it gives an error, because no card at all in payment. When trying to pay for a subscription, the first page of verification gives an error.

if this a redirection strategy error, try removing the billing on the associated ea account and sny payment methods on the swtor account, then try re-adding to the swtor account
