Network error

I’ve been playing the sims mobile for a few days now, less than a week but today I keep getting a network issue when my wifi works just fine on other apps..keep having to exit and re enter the app, can get quite annoying

I've had the same issue all day. Possibly  cost me some of my rewards. Very frustrating!

Same issues as above for me but now I’m can’t get in the game at all and haven’t been able to

for about 2 hours

I have been having connectivity issues since yesterday. In turn, this has caused me to lose out on finishing the event when I only had 5 boxes left to open. Any word on if EA plans on compensating the players that were close to completion but unable to connect to the game?
