Need help on my account

Hi 

I accidentally setup an underaged account on my android device.   I tried open a ticket with EA to change it.  But the ticket is closed instantly and it told me contact Community Manager CG_LucifersDaddy in the forum.  But it appears no such user. 
is anyone can help.  My ally iD is 922-387-991

i tried in game help. It is not working.  The bot didn’t answer.

Did you raise the ticket via the website here, or from within the game help function?

I have been through this process and did not need to involve Community Manager CG_LucifersDaddy, I did it all via the in game help chat.  But with all of the ios issues going on, they may be a little busier than normal.  Be patient and try again in a few days.  It should only impact your ability to chat in game which when you are under level 65 is not too big an issue.
