Need help I can't add decal to hood of my car don't see options for it [ Edited ]

I need help with adding decals to my hood, I don't see an option for it in the game.

I want to be able to put a decal on the hood of my car with NFS Heat original decals. 

Is there a way to customize the hood?. I don't see the option to do it in my garage.

Please help.

Thank you for telling me, I didn't look at the top roof option because I thought it was for the roof only, I will look at it in game.

@UltraGamer14 The hood is part of the "Top/Roof" section.
