Need for speed unbound server

I have this weird problem!!! 

So my Cousin and I live in the same neighborhood have the same wifi service (not same household) we tried playing together but it kept logging us off EA Server. He left for a while and mine was working fine till he came back and tried logging in it worked for him but lagged me out... Then we notice it. We cnt log in nor play toghther..
