Hello i've recently had a problem with need for speed payback. The problem is that game file has been corrupted and made me lose all of my progress in the game even though ive finsihed the story. I had lost all of my cars, my money, cards and collectables and to make it worse i have spent real money for in game packs and all of that is lost. i want support on this issue so it could be resolved or something.

i have already had made contact with an EA Game Advisor twice. the first time they told me to contact microsoft support so they could help with the problem but then they told me to contact EA again and i did. the second time i contacted them they told me to make a post here so one of you could help me.

"02:39 PM Advisor: I have checked the details with the specialist and found that the Progress which was stored locally can not be recovered as the progress was stored locally and the server or account is not synced so that we can help you in recovering it"
I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but unless you had backed up your local saves elsewhere, your progress will not be recoverable.
