Need for speed no limits android can not load save WHY?

today I can not load my save from server .I am play in thailand. It's happen at 9.00am thailand untill now.Can I fix it? My cc id is 645772.

This is likely just a connectivity issue.

If possible, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi and then retry.

to day 8.00am thai I can login but when 9.00am I lost my connection untill now.first in rival menu is lost has only car and can not go then game clash it's happen at 9.00am thai until now.I am so sad you know because i play every day for promo prize.
