And i have choose in the xbox parameters in system, information console, (reinitialiser la console) french sorry and then i choose to (garder mes jeux et application ) keep games and applications.the the xbox reset but nothing change

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I just purchased this game and it allowed me to play in story mode once i dwnloaded it, but when I turned console off and returned to play. I am stuck in the title screen showing the cars and intro to the game. It states to press A but it does not respond to me clicking A on the joystick for xbox one. I would like to know a fix for such an issue. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but still no luck in getting past loading screen.

Thanks for your patience with this, everyone. It's currently being investigated as we've received quite a few reports of this happening. This might be a possible workaround for now:

1. Close game

2. Unplug all USB devices

3. Connect controller via cable

4. Launch game

5. On the title screen, unplug the controller and turn it back on.

Apologies for the frustration. We're working to get this properly resolved as soon as possible.

I tried this and nothing happened i have the same issue i tried literally everything you said and nothing worked
