Need for Speed Heat PC joystick issues

Need for Speed Heat detects my joystick always going down. I was wondering if anybody had the same issue and if so do they have a fix for it?

The problem with the Joystick could be caused by the joystick itself.I had a faulty controller once wich kept going right...
Try getting a new Joystick and see if that helps.>I know that this is not the fix u expected but it is most likely a hardware issue.Also try and play other games with the joystick and see if its only Heat that does this.

I tried with 2 different joysticks I think its a game bug

It might be an issue with 3rd party software or your system's "perception" of a neutral value. 

Can you restart with a Clean Boot and unplug any unused USB devices, and see if anything changes.

It is fixed! I opened run (windows + r) and typed joy.cpl there i saw my controller and " vjoy" i uninstalled v joy and when i wanted to check there was an update for need for speed. So i dont know what fixed it but its working!!
