Need assistance please

I am currently unable to contact customer support on an issue of logging into any server... Game starts up fine but unable to connect to any servers, already checked connection and firewall so thats not an issue.  Please assist.

Could you please provide alittle more information - Which part of the world would you be in; which ISP do you currently use; which of the 3 servers are you trying to connect to , EU....East/... West? 

Have you tried flushing your DNS?... Restarting your router (as you did just download 9 gigs your isp wont be happy)... have you run a repair already?
