Need Help on Countdown to Halloween Quest

I recently completed the Countdown to Halloween quest line in the Sims Mobile. It said I received the Halloween headstart pumpkin object but I checked in storage, and nothing was there. Can anyone help me try to get this item ?

Hey @TheJuicehead,

If you completed the Countdown to Halloween Event (Which should have ended October 23rd-24th), you should get this display, with the mini Pumpkin Head, pictured below to the right of the Pumpkin Display:

While you're at Home, make sure to scroll through your Inventory/Storage slowly, it's kinda hidden if you have a lot of stuff in there.

Checked thoroughly through storage. Nothing there. I know for definite I completed the quest in the time limit.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
