hey
I have a problem with the need for speed payback..
first of all when i install the game for the first time he worked but without sound...i try to reinstall the game in order to check if its fix the sound
problem but guess what.. now the game doesn't run at all ! its shows that the origin load the sync data but there its stop and nothing happend.
what should i do?

Yesterday i had Exactlly THE SAME PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE NOW [it shows the cloud sync dialoge load to 100% then the play button turns gray and origin minimized then origin pops up again and nothing happens] Im 100% Sure that what happens for us is Related to same specific problem in process with the nfs payback server on ea only for the first time Start of the game so You must Surely Do What i Did and You Will be All FINE , Promise ; )
Here is the Solution :
1.What is your antivirus application?MINE is ESET Internet Security and i DISABLED all eset computer protection , internet protection and Network protection features

2. this is the MOST Important one : **USE A VPN WITH USA SERVER** << This is The Key ( this means that for the first time launch of your game there is some unknown issue and certain problem between EA ORIGIN Servers (this time on nfs payback) and Some Networks/Contries/Regions/ISPs. Thats it - i Hope EA Team Will Read and Solve this Problem for ever
( REMEMBER >> NOT ALL TYPES OF VPNs Applications Work on this one, Some of them Wont work for this issue, but i believe a normal pptp or l2tp connection will work for you ) *maybe free hotspot vpn app which is downloadable as chrome extension will work for you.
SO DO All i said and Your Game will Show up

Sorry, I should have added the following to my previous post. Run Origin as an Administrator and make sure your Windows User Account has administrative privileges:

Okay, more troubleshooting:
As you say you initially had an issue with audio, I think that any available audio related update from MSI will be definitely worth doing.

so...the System File Checker results were 100% fine without any problem, i downloaded all the relevant drivers (they was already up to date but i still reinstall them)
and my windows have no update to download or install and the game is still not working...
i try other solution from other posts like update the origin and all this stuff...still don't work

Thanks for your patience so far.
Try disabling cloud saves just for troubleshooting purposes.
Origin menu, Application Settings, Installs & Saves, Cloud Storage, set Saves to OFF.
