Need For Speed Unbound PC Steam does not work when I start the game

Hey Guys, so unfortunately I bought the game a few days ago and had attempted to start the game. Everything worked well i picked my character and starter car and then all of a sudden it kicked me out of  the game. I tried getting back into the game on steam and it would say STOP like it would when you start running the game but then would go back to being the PLAY button. the Dx Dialog is below. Weird part is that after I refunded the game I bought EA play and was able to play the trial version of the game for a bit, so I thought it worked and  i re-purchased it to play the bought version, but when I did it went back to not working again and crash when I would press PLAY.

I already tried doing stuff like deleting the files that were in cache and Shadow cache but it still did not work for me.

I really want to try and play this game so if you guys have any advice it would be appreciated.
