I own the deluxe version of the game and the dlc costs $7.99 on the PlayStation store. I already paid $80 for the game itself and now I gotta pay more money to try to do something different when it should be free? It’s not about the money even, it’s the fact I’m gonna get screwed like that. And to top it all off there is still no online free roam so you can’t cruise with your friends without being in some race all the time! You guys are slacking hard I had higher expectations.

An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

I had to use the PC way to download it, however when i enter the game no events show up and the new cars says i need a car pack. (I downloaded all three of the DLC's multiple times)

Is there anything i can do?h

I contacted EA about this and they said and I quote "we have the new speed cross dlc as an expansion pack" and that "the deluxe edition only includes upcoming Dlc"

Then they tried to give me a 15% discount for origins store
I assume to lure me away
And I kept bringing up how on reddits and there very Twitter said
The speed cross dlc comes with the deluxe edition
But they are insisting that,that is not the case and repeatedly sending the same b.s link "explaining" the contents of the deluxe edition and even typing them out
But not clarifying

Long story short this seems like yet another money heist attempt by EA

Worry not my friend I fixed it using the tip mentioned at page 1 in this discussion. You have to go on ps store on a computer and then log in, you will then find that the speedcross dlc is free. However for me i could not play it even though that i had installed the content so i had to redownload the game (took me around an hour without playing and was 100% worth it.)

Everything works perfect now. 

So everyone that has the deluxe edition do NOT purchase the DLC, use the pc method instead.
