Need For Speed Payback Save Problem and decal wrap disappearing

First problem is the auto save. It doesn’t work. I’ve made much progress in the couple of hours I’ve played and at random times the game won’t save and it sets me back hours. Not cool. Also my wrap for my car that I spent awhile on all of a sudden disappeared off my car. Extremely timid about this because I spend time on my cars being a car enthusiast and would like for my time not to go to waste. Please help me with these problems as I don’t want to have a bad taste in my mouth from this game. The game is enjoyable when it works..

But in the first phase :

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Restart your machine.

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
