I bought NFS Payback last week because it looked so promising and when I finally installed it I run it, a massive fps drops at the city in prologue, then it was good in the desert and then again fps drops at the city.
Notes:
-Game puts out same FPS on every setting (Low-Ultra)
-Changing resolution doesn't help
-Limiting Framerate on cmd line doesn't work neither
-All GPU drivers are updated
-No excess programs are running
-Changing GPU settings doesn't work neither
I have a 1050Ti + I5 7400 + 8 gigs of RAM
But that doesn't actually matter since people had problems with 1060 and 1080.
Bonus note:
-When I Saw GPU rating for NFS Payback it said "Good" and "Some frames may render incorrectly" which proves that ea AGAIN failed to complete the game and rushed it to the market.
Please don't ruin NFS like Neversoft did Tony Hawk's PS
