Need For Speed Heat fails to launch

I have Nvidia 1080TI,  Intel I7-8700, Windows 10 with paid serial key, updated and the stupid Need For Speed Heat fails to launch after installing all 4 DVD's. I want my money back !!!!!!!!!!
