Nba live 19 still not working [ Edited ]

Our nba live 19 play now was unplayable for weeks, it would crash the whole xbox and now that its working it always showing the wrong teams court for a whole other team than the two playing.  Additionally the sleeve update that was done a while back somehow magically disappeared after another (unessesary) update. We just want freaking purple arm sleves (and all the others of course) and the new jerseys. How are you going to call the game live but cant look like the live games? Nba 2k19 already has the new jerseys and we can wear purple arm sleves on their game. This is ridiculous, live was where its at but were considering just staying with 2k from now on because this game is seriously lacking and not worth your money as it is with all these glitches and missing content. Wish we could get our money back or someone to actually make this game like it should be.

I'm sorry to hear it's been unplayable for weeks now. Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? If so, I'd try uninstalling the game and make sure all files are deleted on both the external and internal drives. Then, reinstall on the internal hard drive for your Xbox One. Even if it's not installed on an external hard drive, it might be worth checking out the quick steps below to see if that fixes this for you before attempting a reinstall again.

1. Power cycle the console: http://bit.ly/XB1_PowerCycle

2. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

3. Launch the game.
