Nba live 19 freeze after intro and after intro game

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: Cant play game
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. So..downloaded this game last night fully..played the intro and after the game..screen stayed stuck on loading screen and never got past 50%. Deleted the game and downloaded it again and now after the intro screen..it says retrieving data from server...forever!
How is this making it more difficult? Can. Not. Play. The. Game. It is stuck on the retrieving data screen
How can we reproduce this experience? Dont know..try to play the game?
I looked around the internet and saw that there are no server issues with ps4 or EA servers..so I dont understand why this is happening
