NO SOUND NO MORE BF5

No Sound no more. While playing recive a message on Whatsapp with a notification sound for the message. 2 seconds later the sound went off. Start the game new, reboot the system, re install the game, still no sound. Other games like BF3 runs fine with sound. Youtoube or other software works fine. Whatever only BF5 got no sound no more. WTF is wrong with that * game?
