Ok, here is the feedback. I expect the game to follow the hockey rules. I strongly believe there is a mistake.

If there is a situation a player gets 5min major penalty, and later then another player gets 2min penalty, the game acts differently case by case. Example:

Time 10:00 player A gets 5min penalty (and is send off)

Time 11:00 player B gets 2min penalty .. playing 5on3

Time 12:00 power play goal is scored (player A and B = both penalties were actively served atm. Player A major stays, Player B remaining 1:00 is off and he returns, continuing 5on4

Till here everything is fine. But similar situation:

Time 10:00 player A gets 5min penalty (and is send off)

Time 14:00 player B gets 2min penalty .. playing 5on3

Time 14:30 power play goal is scored (player A and B = both penalties were actively served atm. Player A major stays (0:30 remaining), Player B remaining 1:30 should return, but he doesn't.

I believe the game looks at shortest penalty left and if it is 5min., it doesn't return any player (no matter what is the 2nd penalty running). In real life hockey rules, if there is any 5on3, it means 2 penalties are being actively served, and minor penalty with shortest time left should be negated. This doesn't happen in NHL20.

I studied hockey rules, maybe there is some new rule in place, but still might be worthy to double-check / investigate.

Thanks.
