Dear Support
I just bought NHL 21. When i start the game, I get the message "Your EA account is disabled.
Your login credentials might have expired. Good new: all you need to do is reset your password at www.ea.com."
I have already done this twice.
I imagine there is a missmatch in my accounts, since I also get the error now in NHL 20 (I have just checked this).
I opened a Origin account with the same E-Mail in March. there My Username is Joindrusovic.
My PSN ID is SlowestChunk.
Do I have to link these accounts or what is even happening? How can I play online again?

I already opened a live case, I am waiting since 3 hours! Nothing happens, just "We're creating your case". I also tried to set up contact via E-Mail, i fullfilled the formular, which took me like 10 minutes and when i sent it, i got into the same loop like when you try to set up a live support case. "We're creating your case".
How am I supposed go get into touch with support?!

How can I make contact with EA support?
I need help. I have payed alot of money into your products and I cannot play any of these online anymore.

Yes I am having the exact problem. I reset my password twice and still nothing. I talked to two different people and none can help because I’m supposed to remember my last 2 EA games I bought (exact date too). Then when I try to log in with my PSN, then it says my account is invalid. At this point, anyone know good sports games not made by EA? Thanks
