EA NHL REPORTING

Officially done with EA NHL. Received a ban for responding with “stfu” to 2 individuals who sent me insulting messages. Meanwhile, these 2  were verbally assaulting me via online chat prior to the messages sent.  Unreal.

Were you banned from us or was it through Microsoft/Sony? Messages are sent through their services so normally bans for messages are given out by Microsoft or Sony. We will take action on accounts with offensive in-game names though.

I know it is difficult to not respond in that kind of situation but you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report abusive messages in future.
