Unninstalled/installed game same problem.

Try clearing the cache by doing a hard reset (power off for 20+ seconds) on your console; if this and a router reset do not work I suggest you contact an EA Game Advisor for help.

@danielle185 Hmm ok after a factory reset maybe try restoring your licenses (i'm not sure how to do this on Xbox; it's most likely in account management). Your EA Access app should be up to date since you could download the trial so that shouldn't be the problem... Ehh yeah sorry, I'm kinda stumped; you might need to try a different EA agent (it's a little weird they told you to just wait for launch - these trials are important)

Having the same issue. I've tried everything. Agent says to wait until the release date.

Somehow it started to work. I did everything alternate Mac, persist catch cleaned factory reset XBOX. and also EA support agent escalated case to higher level. So i think that solved.
