NHL 19 freezes

Been trying to do fantasy drafts in season mode and when I’m making my pick you can press R3 to view player info such as stats and attributes. When I press R3 it just makes the list of players flash then if you press it again the game freezes like the picture shows. The music is still playing but nothing is loading and it’s happened maybe 10 times since I’ve kept trying to get it to work. It doesn’t work.
