PS4, sorry, i should've been more specific. Also, I don't get it straight away when going to HUT, it's after the tutorial match when i have to choose a loan legend. after choosing it throws me out of hut and gives me the error. it's been like this since last friday when i got the game. I've tried manually logging out on my ps4 and logging in again, but it didn't work. also restoring licenses haven't worked.

Does it say Failed to retrieve data or Dressing room error, maybe something else?

Hey @MazRecon so if I understand you, do you crash on the same step no matter what steps you took before and do you get any error message after the crash?

there's a picture of the error. it's in finnish but basically says "Failed to retrieve data. please try again later." plus the error code i stated earlier. And yes, no matter what i've done before it throws me out of hut at the exact same situation. and after it threw me out of hut, that message appears.

Could you please fix this for me aswell, i have been having this issue since day 1. 

This is what i wrote in a case that i opened and i havent received any soloution to this problem so please could you help me.

I have a problem regarding the objectives part of the game. When i try to claim 2 challenges that i have completed it shows me an error code and sends me back to the NHL 19 home screen. So basically i cant claim my rewards, and therefore i cant access the other objectives such as daily challenges. This is really starting to * me off since i am the only one of my friends to have this glitch. I would really appreciate a quick solution to solve this weird bug.
