Hi, I'm quite new PS4 user and I can't handle with play online versus. When I try to start it, system starts to downloading roster, but after 25-30 seconds I've got screen with texts "Download has failed, please try again again. Unable to download rosters. Please check your internet connection and try again later." I checked my internet connection - PS4 shows very good connection via Ethernet & also via Wi-Fi (device hasn't any problem with downloading updates for NHL18, when I was installing the game). I tried already reinstall the game and even turn off login verification (cause my PS4 isn't on trusted device list at my account). Any ideas?
