NFS16 hr-1 Failed

I have a HP Pavilion Beats Audio. I also have Need For Speed 2016 which gives me an "hr-1 failed" DirectX error. I looked at the graphics card requirements for running the game (AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB or equivalent DX11 compatible GPU), but my laptop has an AMD Radeon HD 8510G with DirectX 12 and 8 GB of memory. I'm new to gaming and figured this graphics card would work. Am I wrong?

Could you try to launch the game in the compatibility mode with an older version of Windows? I recommend Windows 7 or 8 if you don't use them. You will find instructions on how to do this in this article.
