NFS payback laggs after changing graphics

So I recently downloaded nfs payback it was running all smooth and great I tried to go higher settings after that the game crashed and it didn't load again to the game I tried reducing the settings from the file and even tho the game is set to low it still laggs and crashes at loading any help?

It's quite difficult to say what might be the reason for lagging here with so little information  Could you please provide us with your DxDiag report? It should give us enough data about your hardware to check a few things
