Hey, @5e5cc931a8bfcffd can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ Unbound and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you.

@EA_Atic I'm having the same issue where the game simply wont launch. Hopefully the DxDiag helps.

I also tried the "clean boot". However, that did not work either.

I've tried to run them both as admin. I've tried to launch from the Nvidia app. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall many times. Tried repairing the files. Tried to delete the Dx12***** in the shaderchace file. I updated all of my drivers including chipset. Still will not launch!
